Monthly rates vary based on season and length of stay. Landlord covers all utilities (Gas, Electricity, Water, Trash, Internet, Landscaping). Dogs may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Discounted rates may apply for stays of 6 months or more where guest pays utilities. Deposit is equivalent to half of the first month’s rent and is refundable following a move-out walk through. Cleaning fee is $250 per month. Pet fee is a $500 one-time fee. Deposit, fees and first month’s rent are due upon booking.
